Derir Cwm is a semi-detached cottage on a working farm near New Quay in West Wales, close to the village of Mydroilyn and the town of Aberaeron. Set on a real working farm with animals on site, this two-bedroom ground-floor cottage sleeps four and comes with a private hot tub overlooking a wooded valley and West Wales countryside.

The farm setting means there's genuinely a lot going on. A separate trout fishing lake sits on the grounds. There's a full-sized outdoor play area with swings, slide and trampoline plus a shared games room with pool table, table football, darts and table tennis. Alfresco dining on the patio with a barbecue is a real highlight here.

Inside, all rooms are on the ground floor ideal for less mobile visitors. The open-plan lounge and kitchen features an oil-fired log burner, SMART TV and a fully equipped kitchen. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom both have crisp white cotton bedding and woollen throws. One ground-floor bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

Aberaeron is 6 miles away (12 mins). New Quay beach is roughly 7 miles (15 mins). Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre in New Quay is 7 miles (15 mins). The National Wool Museum at Dre-fach Felindre is around 22 miles (35 mins).
