Red Kite Lodge is a stone-built cottage at Abbey Cottages in Talley, Carmarthenshire. Built from stones of the ruined Talley Abbey after Henry VIII's dissolution, it sits beside Upper Talley Lake in the shadow of a 12th-century ruined abbey. The setting across 23 acres of meadow and hedgerows is genuinely special.

Talley is a quiet hamlet with a nature reserve between Upper and Lower Talley Lake on your doorstep. You can fish, birdwatch, walk Talley Woodlands or cycle award-winning routes in les by the Sunday Times is just 7 miles away.

The cottage sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There's one bathroom with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. The wood-panelled living and dining room has an open fire. The kitchen is accessed through a stained-glass door and includes oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
