Spring cottage is a lovely place to stay. The location is stunning with its gardens, you really get a sense of peace and tranquility. The chickens on site in the pen and the fresh eggs on arrival were a nice touch. Found that the owners who live on site in the farm house appeared to be away for the week which was no problem but would we werent informed, in case of any issues I dont know who we would have had to contact. That said our stay was comfortable and the accommodation is well equipped and we would recommended to anyone.

Lovely cottage and lovely setting. Really well equipped and maintained. The owners are nearby and very friendly and helpful if anything is needed. A welcome pack of eggs from their own hens, milk, delicious home made jam, and fresh flowers, was a lovely touch.

Spring cottage is a lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings, we had a lovely week despite the intense heat shouldn't really complain about the gorgeous weather! ! The cottage is immaculate with everything you need and more!! A selection of goodies were left for us including delicious home made jam, milk, dog snacks, very thoughtful and much appreciated. Julie and Paul live in the attached cottage and are very friendly but not intrusive, it was lovely having a chat with them. We loved watching the House Martins constantly feeding their chick's in the nests Paul had installed...hope to return soon. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely week at spring cottage,the accommodation was very nice and well equipped and in a lovely quiet secluded location and would strongly recommend, only two little bug bearer's were we didn't find the mattress's on the bed's very comfortable and the lounge settee was very soft but I'm an old duffer with a bad back, I'm sure most people would be fine with them.

A lovely comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. The property is clean, cosy and welcoming with a very well equipped kitchen. There is plenty of outside space to walk the dog. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return in the near future. Highly recommended.

Spring Cottage is a beautiful place to spend a week away and recharge your batteries. The cottage is warm, well equipped, comfortable and clean. Tucked away in a peaceful location, making it a great base to go out and visit castles, beaches, woodlands or all the other beautiful places in the area. The owners are welcoming and friendly, but not intrusive and helpful if you run into a problem ours was our own stupidity! We couldn't turn the hob on, its gas but we haven't had gas for over 3 decades Cornwall so we were being thick The welcome package was very welcome and delicious, the homemade jam in particular was absolutely lush! Thank you for a lovely stay, it was just what we needed

We have stayed at Spring Cottage many timesnow. Spring Cottage is in a lovely position quiet and deep in the countryside.. It is ideal for out of season holiday as the cottage is so well equipped and warm. The owners JUlie and Paul live on site and are a fount of knowledge regarding local area and for the less tech savvy how to work tv etc. Hopefully we will be back!

Spring Cottage is a gem. Its layout has been carefully thought through from the very useful and practical boot room to its very well stocked kitchen to a gorgeous living room with very comfortable sofas and electric stove heating. The view into the garden is a delight you could watch the seasons change. Upstairs bedrooms are cosy with beautiful soft furnishings and linen, super storage space in the bathroom and endless hot water. Welcome gifts were very much appreciated. The owners were very friendly, unobtrusive but we gathered would have been very helpful if needed. Thank you both for our lovely stay.

We loved our stay at spring cottage. The lovely owners greeted us when we arrived but we barely saw them after that. The place is so peaceful and secluded. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is excellently equipped. Loved the slow cooker where you could put something in before heading out to explore knowing youd have dinner ready when we returned.

We have stayed in many cottages over the last 15 years and have got to say Spring Cottage has been the best one so far, its a beautiful cottage and the owner has put a lot of thought into it, lots of home comforts and really decent mattresses which a lot of owners don't put thought into. Beautiful setting, easy access to lots of nearby locations. Cottage itself has lots of different wildlife around and huge areas to let your dog run around. Very kind welcome pack and host Paul is very nice and helpful. This cottage is a proper little gem.

Immaculately presented, a real Holiday Cottage gem. Lots of nearby outside gardenfield space, for us and the dog to enjoy a very pleasant local walk. Kitchen was excellently equipped and the utility room was fantastic as well great to be able to put bootscoats etc near to the main door. Dishwasher in this area was a bonus not mentioned in Sykes listing. The living room was very comfortable indeed and the garden sliding doors to the outside Patio area was a very nice touch. Very pleasant welcome from the owners and the Welsh Cakes and homemade Jam was much appreciated. All in all, a truly superb property which offers great value for money, comfort, amenities galore and a really tranquil setting amongst Welsh countryside. All in all a home from home, with great facilities and a friendly atmosphere, right the way down to the welcoming gifts of Welsh cakes and home made jam on arrival. Lovely location, quiet and relaxing. One misleading factor is picture showing garden all opened up thinking you can use this space but when we arrived there was a fence accross it and was informwd it was the owners space which was dissapointing as the space we were allowed was small and needed cleaning up and grass needed cutting. The lady owner didnt show her face at all.. There is lots of wasps in the small garden space and loads of them outside upstairs bathroom window.. i was stung a few times on the one occasion we tried to sit down outside but quickly retreated inside. Patio needs a good clean and walls are green and mouldy around patio area, not pleasant at all.

Lovely quiet rural location, ideal for those moments of tranquillity. We found Spring Cottage to be both clean and comfortable, I did read some reviews before we came, and found comments about beds and bedding far to subjective, people like and dislike different things, as far as we were concerned the bed and bedding was exactly to our requirements. Overall would have no hesitation in recommending Spring Cottage to any of our family or friends.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely part of Wales. Has everything fully equipped clean really comfortable very spacious quiet apart from the occasional chicken or cow if you listen carefully! Welcome pack of delicious jam welsh cakes and eggs a nice touch. Idyllic. Plenty of beaches, castles and places to see in the area. We would definitely visit again!

Spring Cottage is a lovely place to stay. It is pretty, very thoughtfully and well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a good location not too far from the coast and many other attractions. This might be just a personal thing, but for me I would prefer cotton bedding, a really good quality duvet and a nicer mattress for a more comfy night but that would be my only improvement except perhaps a different front of cottage layout to make it feel more secluded, but perhaps this is too picky as Spring cottage is really quite enchanting and we enjoyed our holiday there.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the property. It was clean ,well equipped and comfortable. The owners who live next door were available if needed for example when i couldn't get the oven ro work! but not intrusive. Set in lovely quiet countryside but within easy reach of many attractions this area has to offer.

What can I say we love peace and quiet and we got it in spades! , Spring Cottage is owned by a lovely couple who have provided an oasis of calm, be aware thoughyou will have to drive, its roughly 12 hour to the coast and if you have a dog then we recommend Traith or Pembrynget there early and you will find them empty and great for that morning run. We had great fish and chips in New Quay at the Lime Crab, Tescos in Cardigan 12 Hr is well stocked, we didn't try any local eateries but a relative who lives locally has recommended the Bunch of Grapes in Newcastle Emlyn15 mins, We will be booking next year and cant wait to return.

Great place to stay very clean and everything you would need they have. Lovely touch with Welsh cakes and the farms homemade jam and treats for the dog Max which he loved. Would would recommend a trip to poppet Sands which is a dog friendly beach all year round the pub just up the road. The riverside was absolutely fantastic very accommodating for the dog would recommend that new key was lovely unfortunately sea was in and it was a cold day, but very well worth the visit. The owners of the property were fantastic helped out when I had a flat tire recommended the garage.which were fantastic to get us home on our last day would recommend this property to anybody it is brilliant..

What a lovely cottage, very well kitted out and furnished. Lovely home made produce such as jam and eggs plus freshly picked lettuce and strawberries provided. We enjoyed our week with our dog very much.

We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it highly. We were left wanting for nothing at all really the owners have really put thought into helping guests have an enjoyable holiday experience. The location is also good if you prefer sticking to main roads as the A484 and A486 are very close by with only a short distance down a lane needed to reach the farm itself, and there is a large Nisa in Llandysul just 5 minutes away. We had a wonderful week at Spring Cottage, Paul & Julie greeted us when we arrived and made us very welcome. The cottage was so warm and comfortable and dog friendly. We were grateful for the traditional welcome pack for us and the dog. There was an abundance of wildlife including the resident chicken's who provided us with some lovely eggs, also the sound of the local woodpecker. Spring cottage is in the perfect location for a relaxing getaway.

This is s lovely place in a rural location. Friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely welcome gifts. Welsh weather in Wales is always variable but managed to have some really quite nice days out. When we arrived arrived, there was a lovely little welcome pack, which was greatly appreciated. The cottage was large and so well equipped, they had thought about everything. It was very cosy. The outlook is very pretty from the front and back of the cottage. Paul and Julie are a really nice couple who own it. Unfortunately I was really poorly with a chest infection, the whole time we were there. So we couldn't really do anything. It also rained most of our stay, which didn't help,as we couldn't get out and about. The only small things they could improve on are The property is looking a bit tired in places were it could do with a fresh lick of paint. Also the toilets have an unpleasant smell coming from them, as if the drains need cleaning. Toilet freshner's may help. And the last thing is, the main bedroom, has a very noisy floor. So creeping out of bed at night to go the toilet was not an option. All in all it is a beautiful place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again. It is very quiet and tranquil. Oh yes and the Chickens are lovely and so happy

We had a really lovely comfortable and cosy stay in Spring Cottage, the photographs really don't do it justice. Amazing grounds, very peaceful and firework free so Nigel the dog was very happy. We had everything we needed in the cottage and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a cosy and peaceful break. There are plenty of beaches about half an hour away, a local shop and pubs nearby.

The cottage was clean and the sofa was very very comfortable. We couldn't settle in the double bed but all mattresses are different and the single beds were fine, we slept like logs. It was so very peaceful and we had great weather apart from one day of heavy rain. The owners even had a heater in the wardrobe in the boot room if you were unlucky enough to get wet. Very impressed, a great idea, l want one!
