House was very clean location was excellent for the wonderful beaches around. Was quiet with plenty of parking and a shop at the end of the drive with all youll need. The home owners were wonderfully friendly kind and very helpful. Towels and linen were of high quality plenty of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. Plenty of sofas and seating for our party of 10. The listed ensuites in the twin rooms were not fit for purpose x1 was out of order and the other is simply a tiny loo and shower built into a cupboard, with no window or ventilation so steamed up the bedroom we couldnt use it. The bathroom on the landing is more modern but a jack and gill design with a door into a bedroom and the landing, with our mix of 6 teenagers the bathroom situation was a bit of an issue. WiFi super slow and only available in the lounge. Dishwasher slightly broken inside so racks dont roll in and out, the owners are aware of this and are aiming to replace.

Very spacious cottage and good for a family bonding getaway. There is a corner Shop close to the property that has a food takeaway if tired to cook after a day out. Beaches and other historic destinations are around 30 miles away from the property. Good location. Owner are within reach and respond promptly to any queries.

Very nice and clean place. My car had an electrical problem on the bank holiday weekend and the owners help me to find a mechanic who helped us out. Very nice stay.

Lovely cottage, Perfect for children and two families. We enjoyed lots of games of rounders on the front lawn. Immaculate property and lovely owners. Great area for running, cycling and walking. 25 minute drive to the beach. Would highly recommend.

This property was more than we expected it to be easy to find, extremely clean, bigger than the photos portray, lovely grounds, and we took a short drive to the coast where we found a beautiful wooded area with waterfalls, a pebble beach and cliffs! We went for New Years and thinking about going back again but bringing the children next time
