Lovely cottage in the country side but within 10 mins drive you are in the local town. Comfortable beds and little touches for your arrival pint of milk, crumpets and some beer. Hosts are lovely people and are there if you require anything. Would definitely stay here again

Thoroughly recommended it's even better than the pictures on here! The owners are just next door and very friendly & helpful. Although you can't walk anywhere directly from the property there are options for short strolls on site. And by car there's so many lovely places to visit from 545 minutes away. My dog thoroughly enjoyed her stay the small patio garden in front of the cottage is adequate for their basic needs but the fenced paddock is ideal for ball throwing and only 25 paces across the courtyard. The courtyard itself is also quiet and safe.

A wonderful second stay at this lovely cottage. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. There is so much to visit within minutes of the cottage and lots more within an hours drive, we will be back again. Highly recommend visiting the castles that the cottages are named after. As per our last visit we had lots of fun in the games room and enjoyed fussing Ollie the cat. Thank you Josie and Gavin.

I booked the cottage to surprise my kids for Christmas and what a surprise it was. Where to start, the grounds and location was amazing your not too far from town but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. The facilities were clean and in good condition the addition of the washing machine was a good surprise. The cottage was very nicely set up and instantly felt like home with everything you could need including Netflix and prim. The games room went down really well and we spent our evenings making good memories. The hosts went above and beyond in help making it a wonderful Christmas. On hearing my plan Josie helped decorated the cottage making it feel like Christmas and the added treats and eye for detail was the icing on the cake. Even our doberman loved playing in the secure paddock. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Excellent Cottage and cottages in the dwelling, Everything really nice, no fault of the owners, the only thing I could not do was walk with my Rhodesian Dog to local places without walking a long a busy road with no pavements. I like to set off with my rucksack and wonder. Easily solved with short drives. 30 mins to an hour. Regards Phil and Miss T my very big Rhodesian Ridgeback.

Well the cottage is beautiful it has everything you need for a great holiday or break and they cater for everyone wether you have mobility problems or you have boisterous children and pets they can have a great time here ! When you arrive there is milk and drinks in the fridge and cake that is always a welcome extra if you have had a long journey everything you need . The hosts are brilliant. The cottage was lovely it was clean and comfortable the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay great on my arrival there were fresh flowers ,milk and lager in the fridge and cake ! ! A lovely location with plenty to do castles, show gardens, caves, lovely walks and beaches all withing a short drive. The cottage was very clean,well equipped and comfortably accommodated 2 adults, 1 child and 1 large dog. The grounds surrounding the cottage are accessible to guests including a dog secured paddock and a zip line our daughter's favourite!.The little patio just outside was perfect for having a morning coffee on and the play room was an added bonus on the rainy days. We had a lovely holiday!
