We had one of the best holidays in ages at 1 the warren. The accommodation was perfect for my families needs.we loved the open space throughout the living room and kitchendiner and the bedrooms really spacious and comfortable having the benefit of an ensuite for 3 of the rooms and family bathroom for the other. The owner Debbie was lovely, greeting us on arrival and explaining all we needed to know. I would highly recommend a stay at this property. We have already booked to return next year

The warren is a lovely holiday cottage, it is very private, it has everything you could need, it sleeps 10 and was perfect for our party of 9, there is plenty of space, the bedroom were big and all except 1 have en suits bathrooms. The garden was huge and plenty of room for our 4 kids to play in. The kitchen is well equipped. There us lots of room for parking. The lady who met us on arrival was very friendly, she was very helpful regarding the bins and she brought us fresh egg from her chicken. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Perfect size for our family, lovely big garden. The kids and dogs loved it .
Dorothy
This property is very spacious I loved the fact the lounge kitchen dinner was open plan which made it a lovely social space, the kitchen was very well equipped and there was a couple of nice welcome surprises, the bedrooms were a good size, two en suite were on the small size and a hook or two would be helpful for towels etc. It is dog friendly but it was lovely and clean. The sunny garden is a good size and you can eat outside if you wish. The only reason I didnt give full marks on the last one is we had problem with an odour in the bathroom I was going to tell the lovely lady who owned the property the morning we left but did not see her, but I do believe that would have been fixed immediately once she realised there was a problem. Although the bungalow is out in the sticks Narbeth is a stones throw away and Tenby and more is not too far. In all my family especially the granddaughters had a great time and the weather was good.
Excellent . spacious. clean , neat and tidy, very gud location, friendly relation , amazing place for holidays . we all enjoyed . thanks a lot for all support
ie-gabrielle

We book every year for our Christmas get together and always have an amazing time the cottage is always clean and well equipped with everything you could need.
The property was clean & spacious & well equipped, with plenty of parking & an enclosed garden. Perfect for large groups, families & dogs. Ideal location for Narberth, Tenby & Saundersfoot & surrounding areas. Plenty in the area to do for families & adults. A car is essential. The owner Debbie was on site, very friendly & helpful. Thank you for the eggs, milk & biscuits. We hope to come back again.
A wonderful property just a short drive from the town of Narberth. Literally had everything we could want for our weekend stay with family. We even had fresh hen and duck eggs in the basket when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.
Very impressed with this beautiful bungalow, had everthing we needed and debbie ... Very impressed with this beautiful bungalow, had everthing we needed and debbie was very freindly and helpful, we would love to return there again for another peaceful break
Had a lovely stay at this cottage. There were only 2 adults and 1 small dog and it was really big and we could see how great it would be for larger groups. All mod cons, beds lovely and comfy, garden very large and well kept with plenty of patio furniture. Very peaceful surroundings with a nice walk up a lane right by the property for the dogs. Met Debbie the owner and she was very friendly. All in all a great holiday experience.
The holiday cottage itself was lovely, big, well equipped and with a great enclosed garden. However, it wasnt particularly clean and two of the loo seats were loose, there was mould in the shower grouting and the sheets were stained, as were the towels. The initial view of the outside was alarming as the property sits behind a derelict pub and the front looks generally uncared for. Our main issue was the lack of welcome and hospitality by the owner, Debbie. We got off on the wrong foot I think because when we arrived we nipped out to get shopping and stock up for the week leaving our dogs behind they are extremely well behaved and we bring our own camera to monitor them. I admit that I completely neglected to check that Debbie would be okay with this because I holiday several times a year in dogfriendly properties and have never had an issue before. We were gone for 2 hrs and 30 mins the camera footage can verify and the dogs barked once when people were present on the driveway. We came back to be handed a screen shot of the property rules stating that dogs should not be left in the property by Debbies sister but no other conversation. I immediate text Debbie apologising for not checking and assuring her that I would respect her rules going forward she responded 24 hrs later saying that it was distressing to hear the dogs bark all day absolutely NOT our dogs. Debbie also told us that she had family staying in her laundry room a one bedroom dwelling just 20 feet from the door of the bungalow. Her family consisted of several people, who slept in the laundry room and also in a van on the driveway. They would bang the doors to the van as they went back and forth until quite late into the night past 11pm which woke our small children up on several occasions. We found mens underwear in one of the bedrooms and pyjamas and a wallet in another bedroom with a driving licence in that seemed to match the identity of one of Debbies family members, Photos available and post and deliveries were made to the bungalow whilst we were there. When I told Debbie about the left belongings via text, I received no response at all. There was no cleaning equipment at the property either we like to at least hoover at some point during the week although Debbie did lend us her hoover on request. All in all, we felt generally unwelcome and it was a relief to leave at the end of the week
Elaine
On the whole we were very happy and had a lovely stay. Debbie was very kind and kept us supplied with fresh duck and chicken eggs. We had a problem with the supplied travel cot which was broken but we managed to locate another via Facebook, nearby. A visitors bookinformation pack would have been useful.
We really enjoyed our stay, a great place for a family holiday for four generations. Loved the eggs.
We love the place we have been 2 years running and could not be happier. We will definitely be going again, dogs accommodated for also and the owner is great to get on with. Everything we need is in the property.
A lovely large property which is well equipped and comfortable. It is in a great position to explore the beautiful countryside around. Narberth is an attractive and interesting town with lots of great eating places and is close by. Ideal for larger groups.
Stephanie
Lovely cottage and great for a big groupfamily. All the amenities you need are there in abundance, clean towels, dishwasher, bedding, washer and dryer etc. Very close to Narberth and quite central to the rest of Pembroke by a short drive. The only downside is that I feel it needs a bit of TLC here and there, painting and touching up a bit. Overall cleanliness could be better. Floors laminate were still dirty and stained when we got there, had to hoover again. Dusty in places. Would visit again if staying in a big group.
It was perfect for us, 6 adults, 3 children Very well equipped, everything you needed was there, weather wasnt very good but plenty of board games, cards to keep everybody happy,5 minute drive into Narberth, very nice town, if your a foodie plenty of places to eat in. Nice touch by Debbie owner she left us a mixture of fresh duck & hen eggs, which were beautiful, there is a honesty box at the front of the property for eggs to take home, we bought a dozen. Would recommend a stay here.
Fabulous stay at this property . ..clean...comfy ..warm and Debra the owner who is on site is lovely would recommend and return ...
Absolutely beautiful property. Would highly recommend, very helpful and friendly owner. Would love to stay again.
We had a lovely time . A great family house. Debbie the owner ,was so lovely and helpfull. Thankyou Debbie The only thing that would of helped.Would of been a grab rail ,in one of the showers .As my father in law ,would have found it helpfully . Thankyou
A really great house, very clean and cosy yet spacious, lots of bathrooms and not far into the local town of Narberth. The owner was very kind to us and accommodating with a very late checkin and kindly supplied provisions for us, will definitely revisit one day!
Jeffrey
Debbie was a gracious host and extremely helpful. God willing, we plan to stay at The Warren again. A very nice stay.
This is one of the best properties we have stayed in, we have been to Wales many times ,we could not fault anything ,all well thought out. Already booked to stay again.
I LOVED 1 The Warren and will definitely be back. It was spacious yet maintained a cosy, comfortable feel. It was spotless and just gorgeous. I especially love the setting, with wildlife spotting potential.
Louise
A welcome pack would be very useful with information of shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants etc. If there was one there we didn't find it. Also the user guides for appliances should be kept together. otherwise the place was great and we had a lovely holiday. The owner was on site and very friendly and helpful.
Angela
Photo's do not do this property justice. Much better than it looks, very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of equipment, but no salt and pepper pots, so take your own if needed
Nicola

We were a family of 9 including 3 children and really enjoyed our stay in February half term. Having the owner on site was a bonus too.She was really pleasant and friendly. The cottage was stunning and very clean. A bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. The beds were really comfy! The living room was very spacious and also the kitchen dinning area. There was also a secure garden for the children and dog. Would definitely recommend the property to anyone. Will definitely be back .
Jonathan
Host was polite and friendly, Wonderful place spent 4 nights with family very spacious kids enjoyed there stay house was warm on arrival would recommend.
Jeannette
We were a family of 9 including 3 children and really enjoyed our stay over New Year. A bathroom for each bedroom was a luxury and there was plenty of space for relaxing, dining and playing games. The only downside was dog mess in the garden and no paths for walking away from the house so driving everywhere was a necessity. Would still recommend the property for a quiet family stay
Carolyn
We had an amazing time the owners were really friendly and helpful, the cottage ... We had an amazing time the owners were really friendly and helpful, the cottage was stunning and very well equipped we will definitely be back
