
Wild Acre is a single-storey studio cabin set on a working farm in Llanddeusant, Carmarthenshire, within the Brecon Beacons National Park. The location is genuinely secluded you arrive across open common land to find the cabin hidden away with rolling Welsh hills stretching in every direction. Red kites circle overhead. Sheep graze nearby. It's the real thing.
This is proper countryside. Dark skies make stargazing outstanding guests have even spotted the northern lights from here. The Red Kite feeding station is just over a mile away. Llyn y Fan Lake and Usk Reservoir are both within easy reach for walks.

The studio-style cabin sleeps up to four with a double bed and a double sofa bed. It has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The kitchen includes a 2-ring gas hob, combi microwave oven and Ninja dual air fryer. Underfloor heating, Smart TV and WiFi are all included. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Llandovery is 7.6 miles away with a castle and market town facilities. Dinefwr Castle (National Trust) is around 13 miles. The National Botanic Garden of Wales is roughly 20 miles. Pen y Fan is 22 miles away.
The outdoor hot tub is a genuine highlight pre-heated for arrival and perfect for sunset watching or stargazing. Wild Acre suits couples and dog owners who want total peace. One well-behaved dog is welcome in the enclosed garden.
