The Stables, Whitland

The Stables is a semi-detached countryside cottage on a working smallholding in Whitland, West Wales. Exposed stone walls and original beams create character throughout this first-floor property. The cottage sleeps three guests across two bedrooms.

The twin bedroom on the first floor has adjoining beds that convert to a double. A single room accessed through the twin bedroom offers spectacular woodland views. An en-suite shower room serves both bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen and living area includes a two-seater sofa, armchair and dining table for four. Kitchen appliances include an electric cooker, microwave and fridge.

Saundersfoot (8 miles, 15 minutes) provides access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, Coppet Hall and Wiseman's Bridge. Oakwood Theme Park (12 miles, 20 minutes) offers family entertainment. Folly Farm (10 miles, 18 minutes) combines zoo animals with vintage fairground rides. Carew Castle (9 miles, 16 minutes) presents medieval history.
