Beautiful little home, exceptionally clean, ideal base for exploring the lovely coastline, and we loved watching the perseid's through the bedroom skylight.

Smallas advertised,but everything was done to ensure that we got the most out of it. Fitted out really well for such a small place. We had to be careful on the stairs,but the listing does give adequate warning about that. We cannot fault the effort that has gone into making this as cosy as possible. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Very little outside space but that didnt bother us considering the weather, great base for visiting the area. We enjoyed our holiday experience at Ty Bach Twt.

The house is tiny and cosy. It has everything it needs and made for a lovely break for two.

Beautiful cute cottage. Top notch bathroom and kitchen. Lovely comfy bed, plenty of storage in the bedroom. The stairs are steep but this is made perfectly clear in the description of the property. This was no issue for us. Own parking space at the property. Greeted by the delightful owner on our arrival. Perfect location for visiting the local area.

A lovely little converted wash house, ideal for two people who want a base to explore the wonderful countryside and beaches ofWest Wales. Ideally located within easy reach of New Quay, Aberaeron etc. a bit of traffic noise as its on the main road, but otherwise a great spot.

Lovely little house with good parking. Close to Newquay which is a lovely little seaside town.

We had the loveliest week in this beautiful little cottage with all the amenities from electric fire to microwave. Furnished with lots of love, this is truly a 'Ty Bach Twt', cosy and romantic and wonderfully Welsh. The only problems were finding it the instructions aren't very clear and climbinb up the steep ladder to the bedroom, but we got used to that and maybe it even was a good exerecise for us.

Perfect in quality and cleanliness. A very high spec conversion of a former wash house to gorgeous holiday bolthole perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

We stayed for three nights, before heading on up to Snowdonia. Glynis was very friendly and helpful, and the cottage was very clean and well fitted for a holiday let. Our only negative point, was the busy road passing by the property, but then we were aware of that, from previous comments. Certainly a nice place to stay while visiting places in the area.

The cottage was very well placed for exploring West Wales and beyond. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very well equipped and clean.
