Cwm Cloccs Reviews

Emma Carter
Honestly, we loved the quirky vibe of this place! It's a bit wonky and creaky, but that just adds to its charm. Surrounded by nature, it's perfect for switching off from everything. The owners are so friendly and really helpful with tips. If you're after a sleek, modern spot, this isn't it - but for character and a true rustic feel, it's a real gem. We'd definitely return without hesitation!

Honestly, this place is a little gem. The peaceful riverside spot made us feel miles away from everything. The sounds of water and birds were the perfect backdrop. Beds were super comfyand we felt completely relaxed. My partner and I didn't want to go home - we'd happily live there! Absolutely loved our stay, can't recommend it enough.
Claire
We had an awesome time at the cottage! The place was fantasticand despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed watching the river change levels. A bit of wind knocked branches onto the drive, but the owners responded quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. Would definitely stay again!
Martin
We loved this quiet cottage, totally private with no neighbours nearby. Dogs were in heaven! The hot tub at 40°C was just perfect for unwinding. Super comfy beds too.
Emily
We visited on January 24th and honestly, what a gem! If you're a dog person, this place is a must. Just use the three words to find itand you'll be sorted. The cottage has such a warm, homely vibe - really well looked after and full of character. We loved exploring the old-fashioned charmand the dogs had a blast with the walks and stream nearby. We even used the outdoor shower and hot tub in January while the pups relaxed in the secure garden. Perfect for a peaceful, off-grid escape. Definitely coming back!
James
What a fabulous hidden treasure! This authentic cottage had everything we needed for a really relaxing holiday. We absolutely loved the gardens and the river as did our dogs. The hot tub was also suberb! Tam and Dave were always on hand with loads of local knowledge and the history of the cottage. Many thanks, James & Amanda.
Jade
What a charming remote cottage in the heart of Wales! It's just 20 minutes from the beach where Dylan Thomas used to live and a lovely seaside town. It's such a peaceful spot that you might not even realise it's around. The hot tub was an absolute treatand we all had a great time!
Hannah
From the moment you catch a glimpse of the cottage peeking through the trees and make your way down, you just know you've arrived somewhere special! Everything about this cottage truly captured our hearts. The trees surrounding you feel like a warm embrace, the steam soothes youand the peacefulness calms your mind. We spent a whole week able to breathe, unwind and find some much-needed tranquility. Huge thanks to Tam and Dave xx
Emma
The cottages were in a lovely location and perfect for dogs and kids. However, the cottage could have been much cleaner and really needs a deep clean, especially the hot tub. The shower facilities could use an update as it's tough to wash hair and after a trip to the beach, it wasn't great. We ended up using a jug over the bath. On the bright side, the beds were comfy and the quiet location was really nice. The outdoor conservatory was lovely with beautiful lights, but it could definitely use more seating and leaked when it rained. All in all, we had a nice time!
Lucy
This place is absolutely stunning, tucked away in a wooded area with a stream flowing right through the garden. There's a charming little bridge that leads you to the stone cottage, making it feel straight out of a fairy tale like Snow White's cottage! The interior is spacious and there's a lovely outdoor conservatory next to the hot tub. We really loved our stay and the hosts were super welcoming. We can't wait to come back for sure!
Clara
We absolutely loved the wonderful setting, which felt so isolated and peaceful! The original features were beautifuland honestly, that super king size bed was really comfy.

This hidden, private cottage is a delightful spot to escape for a while and just relax. The hot tub is an amazing feature of this property, located in a valley by a river, surrounded by trees and woodland - with the odd red kite soaring above... Just be mindful of any stray cows wandering about!
